The premise
At nineteen I jumped from a cliff to grab a tree, which snapped in two. I fell twelve stories and lived. A few years later I had excruciating back pain every day and could hardly walk at times. At 25, desperate for a solution, I realized that what the doctors were telling me - nothing was broken, torn, or degraded - meant that I could use my muscles, controlled by my mind to pull myself back into shape. Over decades I learned to self-adjust, balance, and train the frame so I could work, run, and feel young. Hack the Spine distills what actually worked: simple, repeatable mechanics and habits.
What you’ll learn

You've got to carry this frame around all day long. Why not add in a subtle awareness and gentle stretch as you go? Relief from joint pain, increased function of internal organs, doesn't it make sense that a balanced musculoskeleton will bring optimal health?
This also ties into another article about understanding and modifying our thinking for easier weight management .
